Valentina joined BIHR in May 2023 as Administration Officer.
Valentina has a background in administrative and operations management both in the retail and service sector, and in the non-profit sector.
What Valentina brings to BIHR
Extensive experience and understanding of managing operations within small business environments.
Experience of the administration required to support small to medium sized teams / operations.
Understanding of customer service best practice and delivery.
Valentina successfully transitioned from the private sector to the non-profit sector in 2020, working for a small charity in North London providing support and advocacy to the local disabled community, sometimes in co-operation with the local authorities
