NEW FOR 2027: ‘Introduction to the Human Rights Act’ – 60- and 90-minute online awareness-raising sessions
Starting in 2027, BIHR is offering 60 & 90-minute online human rights awareness-raising sessions for teams and organisations working either in public services, or alongside people who draw on support from public services. These short sessions are designed as an accessible introduction to the Human Rights Act, aiming to build foundational practical knowledge, increase staff confidence, and introduce a rights-respecting approach to your work.
Learners will leave with:
A clear understanding of how the Human Rights Act works in practice
Greater confidence to recognise and respond to human rights issues
Practical ideas for promoting dignity, fairness and respect in everyday services and support
